These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and ma99 ("we", "us", "the Platform") with respect to your use of the ma99 website located at ma99.vip and all services offered therein. Account Registration and Security

When registering your ma99 account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. The name, mobile number, and date of birth you submit must match your officially issued identity documents. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure without refund.

Username and Password

Your ma99 account is accessed via your registered mobile number and a password chosen by you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. All activity that occurs under your account credentials is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity.

Reporting Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that any third party has gained access to your ma99 account — or that your login credentials have been compromised in any way — you must notify ma99 immediately via the 24/7 live chat support team. ma99 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to promptly notify us upon becoming aware of the compromise.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on the ma99 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ma99 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and selected Bangladesh bank transfer options including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Sonali Bank. The following payment terms apply to all players.

• 1The minimum deposit on ma99 is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account and will be returned to the originating payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
• 2Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. Where this is not possible, ma99 will process withdrawals to an alternative verified payment method in the player's name.
• 3Standard withdrawal processing time is 5 to 15 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time business hours for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• 4ma99 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Players who have not previously completed identity verification may be asked to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID and proof of ownership of the withdrawal payment method.
• 5In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect credit or debit to a player's account, ma99 reserves the right to correct the error retroactively. Players are not entitled to retain funds credited to their accounts as a result of a platform error.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made using payment methods belonging to a third party will be reversed and the account may be suspended. ma99 is not responsible for any fees levied by your payment provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals. If a payment method used for a deposit is subsequently found to be linked to fraudulent activity, ma99 reserves the right to void any winnings associated with funds deposited via that method.

Bonuses and Promotions

ma99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the individual promotion and to the general bonus terms set out below. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for the duration of that promotion only.

Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
